STONEGATE ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW APPLICATION In an effort to maintain property values, Stonegate Architectural Review Committee requires that exterior changes be approved prior to commencing work. Their evaluation addresses architectural harmony, color, location, minimum construction standards and restrictions. Please consult your Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions for additional information. You are also welcome to contact members of the ARC or HOA board with any questions. Please do not start any work on your project unless you have received official approval from the ARC. Maintenance such as trimming bushes or trees, mulching, replacing dead or dying plants with similar vegetation, or replacing dead or dying grass does not require prior authorization. You are also not required to obtain prior authorization if your are painting the exterior of your home as long as there is not a change in the color. If there is any color change you must get approval from the ARC. NO EXCEPTIONS. If your change has not been approved, the Committee will have the right to ask the homeowner to remove the improvement and/or change from the property. COMPLETE THIS FORM IN DETAIL. IF NOT COMPLETED IT CANNOT BE PROCESSED AND WILL THUS BE DENIED.
